2009 Legislative Day on the Hill Attendees
We are requesting each unit to bring at least 8-10 persons from your community to let your legislator know that you are informed and concerned and that you will hold them accountable for how they vote. Individuals attending will be responsible for their lunch expenses. We encourage you to have lunch on-site in the State Capitol’s cafeteria. .
Youth & College Units should contact your local branch for transportation assistance. Also, if you need a letter of excuse for that day, your advisor must inform the State Conference Office no later than February 1, 2010. Individuals under the age of 18 years must have a completed the Youth Permission Form in order to participate in this event.
For planning purposes, please inform us regarding the number of attendees.
